With more than 25 years of executive experience in finance and sales, Greg leads the day-to-day financial operations and strategic planning for Canton & Company.
A seasoned strategist with a passion for moving businesses forward, Greg has led the financial organizations of large consumer and business-to-business brands and has an eye for identifying opportunities that lead to sustainable bottom-line results. He has deep expertise in growing sales, improving performance, capturing new customers, optimizing operations, and leading startup and turnaround initiatives.
For nearly three decades, Greg’s work has created significant cost savings through added efficiencies, increased accuracy, and reduced operational redundancy. In addition to his laser focus on the bottom line, he’s also an established leader, motivating teams of all sizes to accomplish their goals and provide exceptional customer service. Greg has inspired measurable improvements in employee satisfaction, accountability, and charitable participation. These gains not only led to greater employee performance, but also to increases in client satisfaction and new business.
Prior to joining Canton & Company, Greg provided leadership and strategic planning for sales growth, new product development, and administrative and manufacturing operations for a privately held medical device manufacturer. There he implemented an international sales strategy, driving entry into multiple new foreign markets including regulatory approval and sales and distribution development.
