Before joining Canton & Company, Chuck held the position of Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President at Advocare, a physician-owned medical group with 700 multi-specialty providers across 200 locations. During his eight-year tenure at Advocare, Chuck achieved remarkable financial results, capturing $12 million in annual savings. His exceptional leadership earned him the COO of the Year award by OnCon ICON Awards in 2022.

Chuck's extensive career includes participation in over $2 billion in transactions, restructurings, and turnarounds. He has a robust boardroom presence, having served on 12 boards across four different industries, with a concentration in healthcare. His governance expertise is highlighted by his service on 10 Audit Committees, chairing nine of them. He is also an active member of the Private Directors Association and the Executive Leaders for Advisory Boards.
